The Aangan playbook.

Read this before you meet a customer — the building metaphor, every word, every feature, payments, pricing, and how to pitch.

8 · Who to approach

Pick the right doors.

Go after — the “proud but unseen”

Owners who’ve invested seriously and offer a genuinely decent stay, but have no idea how to present it. They value what they built — they just can’t say it. This is ~30–40% of homestays, and where we create the most lift.

Walk past — the bottom tier

The ₹200–300-a-night places with poor quality and service. If they don’t value their own offering, they won’t value telling its story — and a good story can’t rescue a bad product.

The whole filter in one line: we serve people who value what they’ve built. Their pride is our raw material.

That’s the playbook.

Read it again before your first visit. Then go get a homestay seen.
